Momofuku noodle bar

Since 3 years that I'm trying to get a booking at Momofuku Ko, a 2 stars Michellin guide restaurant, but with a unique booking system.... you need to wake up NYC time everyday, log into momofuku website and try your chance everyday to get your name into...

Sushi of Gari NYC

Sushi of Gari is one of the best sushi in NYC, there's now 3 spots I think, I always go to the one on 78th street. design is..... no design, a classical sushi bar, you don't go there for design but for fresh fish and creative sushis.... simple table design,...

Le Camelia by Thierry Marx @ MO paris

Mandarin Oriental is the last born palace in Paris, they have hire Thierry Marx as executive chef, there is 2 restaurants, Le camelia a kind of luxury coffee shop with a strategy 45 euros 45 minutes.... and a fine dining restaurant. I went to try at lunch...

Niko Mercer Street NYC

I asked the concierge to give me a list of new trendy places with good cuisine.... Yes I have to admitt that it's quite a difficult equation to solve. anyway... on the list there was all those super trendy spot in Meatpacking : tenjune, villa pacri, budakhan......

la petite maison NYC
