Yé Shanghai

Yé Shanghai is an shanghanese restaurant in Pacific place in hong kong, It's not easy to find because it's on the third floor of the mall between 2 jewelerry shop ;-) The michelin guide deserves him 1 star, but I was kind of septic before going there...

Sevva

Sevva is an amazing restaurant and lounge at the 25th floor of Prince building in central. I really love this place, it's one of my favorite in HKG, I discover it 2 years ago when my lovely friend Shelleen invite my for a drink there, it was my Birthday...

Temple street spicy crab

I'm just back from a trip in Hong kong and Macau, I tried many restaurants, many was good, some excellent and some so bad.... Since 6 years that I visit Hong Kong, I never tried any street restaurant, i'm sorry to say that but they all look very dirty......

Daylesford organic is an original concept. it's a organic store with a restaurant and a bread bar. the design is very bright and simple,light wood, big tables. it'sthe place to be for trendy people on sunday brunch ;-) the grocery view from the bread...

Automat

Automat is an american brasserie in London, it looks like a diner in NYC. the place is really nice. I went there for lunch with a friend, I ordered a crab cake that is served with guacamole really delicious. then I had the mozza and avocado burger. good...

Brunello at baglioni

Baglioni is an italian hotel brand, the one in london is very nice and well situated (hyde park gate) facing kensington park there is an italian restaurant there, the brunello, the design is fabulous, the team is very nice and all or almost all italian....

I'm just back from a week end in London, I tried Umu for the first time, I found it on the michelin guide who rates it 1 star. Umu is not as known as Nobu or Zuma but it's open since 6 years, and have his star since 5 years. the chef Ichiro Kubata is...

Coffee Parisien

I love the Coffe parisien it's my cantine when i'm in Paris I love that it's simple not prententious and you have a big choice on the menu i prefer the one in the 16th district rue gustave courbet not far from victor hugo I always order the same things...
