2012 just started, new experiences, new likes, new Hummm and new hates.... well one of the first experiences of the year Le Sur Mesure by Thierry Marx @ the Mandarin oriental is a "hate".... so hope it's the first and last of the year, so the tick box...

Mandarin Oriental is the last born palace in Paris, they have hire Thierry Marx as executive chef, there is 2 restaurants, Le camelia a kind of luxury coffee shop with a strategy 45 euros 45 minutes.... and a fine dining restaurant. I went to try at lunch...
