Scott’s in Mount Street, Mayfair, is a seafood restaurant offering the finest oysters, fish and crustacea, it's a very trendy restaurant where you can meet stars and show biz people what was not the purpose number one of my visit of course!!!! I'm involved by food, food and food only.....

the group owns also the Ivy in covent garden and the Daphne's near brompton road, and many other places...

the interior design is nice specially the bar and the white marble sculpture at the middle where there is the crustacea.

                

The menu is not sophisticated but the quality of food is good,table nicely and classicly dressed, the service unfortunately snobish.

we had for starter the sea bass ceviche, excellent, fresh, balanced...perfect

my friend had the lobster with mayonnaise it's one of the house signature dish

to follow, I had the Sole (as it's a fish restaurant, it was logical for me to go for a fish) that is really amazing, there are two sole on the menu a small one and a bigger one, I wanted to take the big one but my friend who knows well the restaurant said that the small one is big enough and it's true... The quality of the sole was really good, perfectlly cooked and well prepared.

prices are correct, not cheap but not expensive the sole is around 35 pounds.

is it a place to go? yes definitely. when? on saturday or sunday lunch

I agree with you, scott's is a nice restaurant for it's fish and specially on WE for the ambiance.
