Il Baretto London

Il Baretto London is supposed to be a nice italian restaurant, talking about food it's a nice one but the service is so bad, so bad that personnally I'm not sure to go there another time.

And it's about a non professionnalisme attitude, not about service problems, this I can forgive, stress, pressure, a crowded restaurant....with my friend we just was unlucky to be non welcomed by a stupid girl a bit... no very jealous.... that decided that even having a booking, she will not gives us a table and just keep saying each 5 minutes with a big smile, your table will be ready in 5 minutes.... 

The layout of the bar is nice specially the fake frame bottles place.

 

I can not tell you about the restaurant design.... it's downstairs...and I was not welcome there...

I had my pizza in this small round table next the bar...

After an hour at the bar, and realizing that she will not seat us, and that it's too late to go to another restaurant as we came there after the Gauguin Exhib at the Tate, it was the opening cocktail exhib so we arrived to the restaurant it was almost 9.30pm, there was 3 choices, kill the stupid girl... not really allowded in UK... leaving and ordering indian at home.... or eating a pizza at the bar....

we were not really disappointed because we were having fun, talking, and making comments about the bad exhib... and just to annoy the stupid girl and making her feeling much more jealous we decided to eat at the bar.

very good margharita pizza with fresh mozza and tomatoe.

then a Tiramisu, not as good as mine ;-) but not bad....

Il Baretto a restaurant to avoid if you are pretty, well dressed and having fun in a good company....
