DB Bistro Moderne

DB Moderne is Daniel Boulud the french 3 stars chef bistro, it’s famous for it’s DB burger, I went there to try it. I started with a Tuna and avocado tartar that was good and well presented.

and then had the DB burger

with the foie gras inside the meat, The burger is intersting, tasty and the foccacia bread really good.

I finished with the Chocolate Fondant with the vanilla and caramel ice cream.
