Armani/Aqua HKG

Armani Aqua is a new concept opened on august in HKG, it's a join venture between Armani group and Aqua group that owns many restaurants in Beijing, Hkg and London.

design is modern on Armani style, but not impressive

the food is mix between italian and japanese, not really a mix in sense of fusion food but the menu half of it is japanese, and the other half is italian.

even if a bit out of the box we decided to try both, starting with some makis.... really average

then we took some crab spring roll, not bad

we wanted to try something that sounds strange, crispy cheese with crab... it was tasting as strange as it sounds.

and to finish we said a sure value in an italian restaurant is the milanease veal so let's go for it.... and that was the worst, really bad, super thin meat with thick hash bread. over cooked and bad quality veal.

Armani also opened a lounge, club Armani privé that have a nice terrasse. at least if not too hot and not raining it can be nice to enjoy a drink there but that's it.

Armani Aqua is expensive for what it is, food is crap and service is so bad.... 

Armani Aqua is in central near the Landmark on the Armani building. it's so not interesting that It don't even deserve that I search for it's adress as I definetelly don't recommand it.
