Julian Serrano @ Aria Hotel

Vegas is an amazing city... but it's a city were life start the afternoon.... so not easy to find a restaurant to lunch....(a real restaurant not a burger or a wolfgang puck pizza stand). One of the best place to lunch actually is Julian Serrano tapas...

Apsleys

Apsleys is a 1 star italian restaurant in the Lanesborough Hotel. The Chef Heinz Beck Is well known as he's the chef of the La pergola in Rome a 3 stars restaurant. I went to try it a weekday... It was almost empty maybe 2 tables.Ok it was almost 2 pm...

Zuma

Zuma is a modern concept take on an izakaya.The founder is Rainer Becker. The design is very modern, open kitchen, mix of polish and unpolish marble and light wood. there are tables, and also a sake bar, a sushi counter and a robata ( japanese grill)...

Mivami

An amazing exhib, a simple, casual and tasty lunch....what else? Last week I've been to the Exhib of Andrée Putman, an impressive French designer, at Hotel de ville. Out from the exhib around 3.30 or 4 pm. Where to eat? this is a huge problem in Paris....Grrrrr......
