Caprice @ Four Seasons HKG

Caprice is the 3 stars French restaurant of the four seasons HKG. since it got it's third star that each time I go to HKG I want to try it but...as usual... no time.... I decided to try it for lunch, easier to get a booking, the design is very nice, elegant...

Le Camelia @ MO Paris for a tea time

I've been told that I was really rude with Thierry Marx on my last post about his restaurant Le Sur Mesure @ MO Paris, I try to be really objective, and share my experience the way I had it, I know it sometime rude and nasty... but no interest to write...

Le Dhow @ Rabat

Cipriani London

Cipriani is an instutition in many big cities worldwide like NYC, London, HKG, Los Angeles..... it opens in london on 2004 in Mayfair (of course) as said a friend from London " for us wealthy people, london stops at regent street!" so it was natural that...

Brunello at baglioni

Baglioni is an italian hotel brand, the one in london is very nice and well situated (hyde park gate) facing kensington park there is an italian restaurant there, the brunello, the design is fabulous, the team is very nice and all or almost all italian....

Scott’s in Mount Street, Mayfair, is a seafood restaurant offering the finest oysters, fish and crustacea, it's a very trendy restaurant where you can meet stars and show biz people what was not the purpose number one of my visit of course!!!! I'm involved...

Gordon Ramsay at Trianon Palace Versailles

Shake Shack at Madison garden

I tried many burgers In NYC. and can now tell you wich one is the best. not Burger joint as I said in previous post, not Shake shack that I'm posting now . but it's the Burger at Lure that I'll post very soon. Shake Shack was recommanded by a good friend...

Stresa

Stresa is one of the most famous italian restaurant in Paris. it's situated just at the back of Plaza Athénée hotel.... so you can imagine kind of customer it can have!!!! what is nice at Stresa is that it's a family owned business, Marco is the chef...

Zuma

Zuma is a modern concept take on an izakaya.The founder is Rainer Becker. The design is very modern, open kitchen, mix of polish and unpolish marble and light wood. there are tables, and also a sake bar, a sushi counter and a robata ( japanese grill)...

Niko Mercer Street NYC

I asked the concierge to give me a list of new trendy places with good cuisine.... Yes I have to admitt that it's quite a difficult equation to solve. anyway... on the list there was all those super trendy spot in Meatpacking : tenjune, villa pacri, budakhan......

Momofuku noodle bar

Since 3 years that I'm trying to get a booking at Momofuku Ko, a 2 stars Michellin guide restaurant, but with a unique booking system.... you need to wake up NYC time everyday, log into momofuku website and try your chance everyday to get your name into...
